The plant originated as a mutant in 'Blue Carpet' but remains lower and grows clearly 'flatter'; eventually becomes approximately 1 m2 in size.
The foliage is a fresh grey-blue, with a finer structure than 'Blue Carpet'. The strong points are that no fungal infestations were observed and there was no branch death.
The plant has an even growth. mainly suitable for use in private gardens, parks and pots.
Juniperus sq. ''Little Joanna'' was awarded with the gold KVBC Award, scored a 9 on habitus and ornamental value/health. On application he scored slightly less.
