Dwarf Perriwinkle. A trailing evergreen perennial with small, dark green leaves , from Mid Spring through Summer with prolific blue, purple or white flowers. It is an excellent very winterhardy grouncover plant and can be used to good effect underplanting other shrubs such as roses. Happy to grow in most soils in full sun or shade (flowers best in sun) Can be grown tumbling over a wall or in a large container. Height 20cm spread over 50cm.
