Magnolia Pinkie is a compact, multi-stemmed shrub or small tree with abundant blossoms in mid to late spring, reddish-purple at their base fading to pale pink at their tips ad white on the inside. This hybrid magnolia blooms two to four weeks later than most magnolias, reducing the likelihood of late spring frost damage.
